CEREMONY OF CONCEPTION
Upanayan Sanskar, also known as Janeyu Sanskar, is a Hindu rite of passage that marks a student's initiation into a school and acceptance by a teacher. The ceremony marks a student's acceptance by a teacher, or guru, and their entrance into formal education. It's also a symbol of the student's entry into adolescence.

During the ceremony, a sacred thread, or Janeu, is tied around the child's body. The thread symbolizes the student's responsibility to live by certain virtues, knowledge, and discipline. into learning the sacred Gayatri mantra.
